2 —>4 months

  • Review your Budget and Costs
  • Ensure regular meetings with your Wedding Planner for progress and updates


At—>8 weeks

  • Finalize your Wedding Flowers
  • Contact the Bridal and Groom Party to confirm all is on track
  • Review your RSVP List
  • Work on your Wedding Speeches
  • Get your Wedding Planner to contact all suppliers for delivery timelines


At—>6 weeks

  • Visit your Venue to review seating and floor arrangements
  • Discuss event proceedings with your Wedding Planner and have Rehearsals
  • Have all your FINAL dress fittings and tailor visits
  • Get your Wedding Planner to contact all suppliers for delivery timelines


At—>2 weeks

  • Contact your Bridal and Groom Parties to confirm last minute details
  • Ensure your Wedding Planner has a Day/Hourly Co-ordination Plan with timelines
  • Get plenty of rest, sleep and be relaxed- Stress does not help
  • Most importantly Enjoy Your Wedding. It will be special anyways!
